No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies only to first-time subscribers and does not apply to subscription renewals.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our systems, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day period from the initial purchase.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days.
  • Subscriptions that have been used extensively during the refund period.
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription.
